Dr Abdul Qadir Hammad, head of the Kidney Transplant delegation, has just arrived in Gaza's Shifa Hospital to conduct a number of kidney transplants. His visit comes as part of the Kidney Transplant Programme funded by Partners International Medical Aid (PIMA) - South Africa. Worthy of mention is that this visit comes as part of a number of stages which have been implemented during the past few years. Fifty-four kidney transplants have been conducted through the Programme from 2013 until 2018
